Cô lấy bằng MBA chuyên ngành Thương mại & Tài chính Quốc tế tại Đại học Leeds Metropolitan, Vương quốc Anh, với niềm đam mê làm việc trong lĩnh vực khách sạn từ những năm đầu 2000, cô giữ làm việc chăm chỉ cả ngày lẫn đêm cùng với nhóm để đảm bảo rằng tất cả các du khách của chúng tôi sẽ có một kỳ nghỉ hoàn hảo tại Hà Nội.
