My first men's Hyrox pro outing:
-On pace first three sections
-hit a top 7 age group and 30th percentile of my heat's sled push time which proved to be fast enough to gas me
-CNS fatigue and brain fog caused me to forget 2 out of 4 lengths on sled pull (rookie mistakes)
-recovered by the rower station to finish the race strong!

HYROX please get someone to switch out and sanitize and wipe down/dry wall balls between uses as part of the course team. I train Muay Thai in Thailand and BJJ and have to say those balls were the most sweat drenched disgusting things I have encountered in my lifetime!!! 🤢👎

Bar push/pull and twist. This bar can be a great dynamic training tool if you know how to use it.

Hit your obliques and spinal rotators,shoulder blade retractors and protractors, plus chest and arms all in one exercise.

Can also be done with a bar or dowel attached to a band.
