The sound of the handpan is not just music,
it is also vibration that can directly influence the body and our emotions.

When you listen to or play the handpan, your body begins to relax the nervous system, slow down brainwave activity and open into a deeper state of awareness.

This workshop is a space for you to deeply relax and reconnect with your body and emotions through the healing sounds of the handpan and other therapeutic instruments.
