Chúng tôi đang chia thời gian giữa căn cứ ở miền Tây (Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long) và thành phố — làm việc ở nơi cần có mặt. Ý tưởng rất đơn giản: linh hoạt, giữ chi phí thấp, và dành nhiều thời gian, nguồn lực hơn trực tiếp cho việc chăm sóc khách hàng.

Đó vẫn là cách làm chúng tôi luôn tin tưởng: chi phí thấp, hiệu quả cao.

This is Dr. Anthony at his clinic in Saigon, where he works three days a week.

We’re splitting our time between our Mekong Delta home-base and the city — working where we’re needed. The idea is simple: stay flexible, keep overheads low, and put more time and resources directly into client care.

It’s the same low-cost, high-impact approach we’ve always believed in.

Returning home to the countryside after many years of living away is a mix of emotions.

The place where you were born and grew up has changed. There are new houses, new streets, new people. Some familiar faces are no longer here. Some need a reintroduction, even if you share childhood memories.

And your loyal companion can no longer walk the whole way like before. At 15, Sean needs to be carried now and then — aging, and not in his best health.

But the quiet charm of nature is still the same. Once a country boy, always a country boy.

In this photograph, Dr. Anthony is reconnecting with his cousin, who was indeed happy to reconnect after so many years. And he’s carrying Sean — 15, old, loyal, and still by his side.

So much has changed. But home is still home.

We’re looking for a house that can do double duty — a place to live and a place to work from.

Setting up in the Mekong Delta is a deliberate choice. The air is clean and green, overheads are low, and properties here offer real value for money.

We get more space, a healthier environment, and a much bigger house than we would in a big city — for a reasonable price.
Simple living, lower costs, and more of our resources going directly to the work that matters.

No fancy office. No big overhead.

We are community-based, so our office sometimes fits in a backpack. Sometimes it's a table under a roof with a laptop, a ca phe phin, and a banh mi — as you see here.

We stay lean and adaptable on purpose. We can set up wherever we're needed, work remotely when we're not in the field, and keep our costs low.

That's how we make sure what matters most stays the focus: our clients' needs, not our office.

This is Dr. Anthony Ng outside the serious, professional setting — on a morning banh mi run, picking up a colleague on his motorbike, living the same everyday rhythm as the rest of us.
It's a good reminder that doctors are human too.

Behind that easy smile is a leader who is exceptionally skilled at what he does, and who chose to put that skill to work where it's needed most — serving underserved and marginalized communities in Vietnam, instead of chasing titles or personal gain.

Down-to-earth in person, exacting when it comes to standards. He keeps the bar high and gets things done.

Dr. Anthony Ng, Founder and Director of Primecare and Prevention Center, spent several months in Nepal in 2005, working with CARE-Nepal and CARE-USA to support care programmes for people living with HIV.

That experience left him with a lasting connection to Nepal and its people. As Nepal faces the devastating aftermath of the recent floods, his thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by this tragedy.

Our hearts go out to the families who have lost loved ones, those still waiting for news of missing family members and friends, and all those whose homes and livelihoods have been affected.

We are also thinking especially of the Vietnamese community living and travelling in Nepal. Their safety and wellbeing are equally close to our hearts.

From Vietnam to Nepal, Primecare stands in solidarity with all those affected. May the rescue efforts bring more people to safety, and may Nepal find strength and healing in the difficult days ahead. 🙏🇳🇵🇻🇳
