The Alchemist Tattoo đang tìm kiếm 02 bạn quản lý part-time để cùng team vận hành hiệu quả hơn và mang lại trải nghiệm tốt nhất cho khách hàng.
◉ Vị trí cần tuyển:
Vị Trí: Quản lý Studio
Hình thức: Làm việc bán thời gian ( ca làm chia theo tuần )
Thời gian làm việc: - Ca 1 10:00-15:00
- Ca 2 15:00-20:00
Nghỉ cố định thứ 2 hàng tuần.
Số lượng: 02
◉ Yêu cầu cơ bản:
Bạn không cần có kinh nghiệm về hình xăm, chỉ cần:
✔ Giao tiếp linh hoạt, biết lắng nghe và xử lý tình huống tốt
✔ Giao tiếp tiếng Anh trôi chảy (bắt buộc)
✔ Có trách nhiệm trong công việc, yêu thích môi trường dịch vụ và chăm sóc khách hàng
🎓 Toàn bộ kiến thức liên quan đến nghề xăm sẽ được team đào tạo từ đầu.
◉ Ưu tiên nếu bạn:
✔ Đã từng làm quản lý tại studio xăm hoặc lĩnh vực dịch vụ tương đương
✔ Có đam mê với nghệ thuật, muốn làm việc trong không gian sáng tạo
◉ Quyền lợi khi gia nhập The Alchemist:
🌱 Môi trường làm việc cởi mở, khuyến khích phát triển cá nhân
🎨 Có cơ hội tham gia workshop, training nâng cao kỹ năng mềm
💰 Lương khởi điểm: 5 triệu/tháng → tăng lên 7–8 triệu/tháng sau 6–12 tháng
📚 Nếu chưa có kinh nghiệm, bạn sẽ được đào tạo trong 3 tháng đầu
◉ Công việc cụ thể:
📌 Tư vấn, trao đổi thông tin với khách
📌 Sắp xếp lịch làm việc cho các artist
📌 Theo sát và hỗ trợ khách hàng trước – trong – sau quá trình xăm
📌 Quay chụp story hoạt động cửa hàng - up source media lên các phương tiện truyền thông của cửa hàng
📌 Giữ gìn vệ sinh khu vực làm việc
◉ Cách ứng tuyển:
📌 Gửi CV + ảnh đại diện
📌 Viết vài dòng ngắn gọn về bản thân và lý do bạn muốn đồng hành cùng The Alchemist Tattoo
