SENSORY LAB - Hañsa Functional Touch with 3M
A quiet space within Hañsa Fest, where you are invited to pause, and listen to your body.
At the Sensory Lab, we introduce Hañsa Functional Touch - a refined bodywork approach developed within the Hañsa system. Through gentle, intentional contact, it helps deepen your inner awareness, allowing you to sense more clearly how your body organizes, holds, and responds.
Much of what we carry is not immediately visible - patterns of tension, habits of holding, subtle layers of stress. Through precise and sensitive touch, these begin to reveal themselves, allowing the nervous system to settle, the body to soften, and new possibilities of ease to gently emerge.
This experience is guided by three gentle women of Hañsa - Meta, Mama, and Marie (3M).
🌺 Meta Vashti is an art lover, Hañsa therapist and educator, and the lead for Hañsa Indonesia. Trained by Vincent Bolletta, she has been teaching Hañsa since 2018. Meta believes that yoga and meditation cultivate self-awareness, deepen self-love, and support more meaningful connections with others.
🌺 Mama - whose real name is Hoàng Anh - is lovingly called “Mama” by the global Hañsa community for her warmth, care, and nurturing presence. She began her Hañsa practice in 2024 and deeply values this path as a way of learning to love herself more fully.
🌺 Marie - the Christian name of Duyên - is a gentle, graceful presence with a naturally warm smile. Currently working as a massage therapist at an international 5-star resort, she often says she “lives through touch” - where her work becomes a simple and genuine expression of joy and love.
Each session is a 15-minute personal experience,
available 10am-3pm on Saturday (April 11).
Please register at the reception to reserve your spot.
Pause, and feel the subtle sensitivity of your body.
