A Message From Your Shoulders;
We need to talk.
You've had us carrying the holiday, the suitcase, the laptop, the camera bag, the kids, the shopping bags and years of unnecessary tension.
This is becoming unreasonable.

You keep saying you're "fine", which we both know isn't entirely true; sleeping in strange beds, walking around Ancient Town for hours and spending far too much time looking down at your phone.

We think it's time we had some time off.
No sightseeing. No rushing. No checking the time.

Just some quiet, a little attention and the chance to remember what “relaxed” actually feels like.

And while you're at it, our neighbour the neck could use some help.
Our long-time partner the back isn't exactly thrilled with recent events either, and your feet have filed several complaints.

Tahi Turns Five, and it’s been a pretty action-packed couple of weeks for her.

Our gorgeous toy poodle spent a whole week in doggy hospital, and there were some very worrying moments but after a week of intensive treatment, twice-daily visits and plenty of love, we finally brought her home and she’s back to her old self.
And today brings another milestone. Tahi is five!

Tahi isn’t really a dog’s dog. She’s much more of a people person, which probably explains why she fits in so well at Heaven Garden Spa. She loves seeing all the people coming through the door, especially when they stop to give her some attention.
So, if you’re visiting us today, you can wish Tahi a Happy Birthday in Vietnamese:
chúc mừng sinh nhật (chook moong sin nyut).

And she certainly won’t mind if that birthday wish comes with a pat.

Happy 5th Birthday, Tahi.

After the last couple of weeks, we’re just very happy to have her back where she belongs.

After a week from hell, it finally feels like life is getting back to normal here.

Our littlest team member—and Head of Security—is back home!

Thanh's fur baby, Tahi, was taken to the vet last week and diagnosed with pancreatitis. For the first few days, we honestly didn't know if we’d get to bring her home at all.

Thanks to our vet softening his strict policy on hospital visits, we were able to visit her twice a day for extra love and moral support.

After an overnight test run and one final day of treatment, she officially got her clean bill of health—cannula out and tail wagging!
As you can see, she was beyond excited to be back in her element.
So were the girls!

It’s such a massive relief to have our family complete again.
Thank you to everyone who sent positive thoughts our way over the past week!
