Tiền sản giật có thể xuất hiện với nhiều triệu chứng, từ nhẹ đến nghiêm trọng. Dưới đây là những dấu hiệu đặc trưng trong 3 tháng cuối mà mẹ bầu cần đặc biệt lưu ý:
⚠️ Tăng huyết áp

❓ Bé đầu bình thường thì bé thứ 2 có cần làm xét nghiệm NIPT không?

Nhiều ba mẹ cho rằng nếu bé đầu khỏe mạnh, không có vấn đề gì thì những lần mang thai sau có thể yên tâm. Tuy nhiên, thực tế vẫn nên thực hiện xét nghiệm NIPT cho mỗi thai kỳ, kể cả khi trước đó mọi thứ đều bình thường.

👶 Vì sao lại cần thiết?
Phần lớn các bất thường liên quan đến nhiễm sắc thể hoặc dị tật bẩm sinh không hoàn toàn do di truyền, mà có thể xảy ra ngẫu nhiên trong quá trình thụ tinh. Điều này có nghĩa là mỗi thai kỳ đều có những nguy cơ riêng biệt.

Many parents believe that if their first baby is healthy and has no problems, they can rest assured about subsequent pregnancies. However, in reality, NIPT testing should still be performed for each pregnancy, even if everything was normal before.

Xét nghiệm NIPT bình thường thì có cần sàng lọc máu gót chân cho bé sau sinh không?

❗ Nhiều mẹ nghĩ rằng: đã làm xét nghiệm NIPT và có kết quả bình thường thì có thể “yên tâm” và không cần làm thêm xét nghiệm nào khác cho bé sau sinh. Nhưng thực tế điều này chưa đủ
👉 Vì sao vẫn cần sàng lọc máu gót chân?
✔️ NIPT được thực hiện trong thai kỳ, bằng cách phân tích DNA của thai nhi trong máu mẹ. Xét nghiệm này giúp phát hiện các bất thường nhiễm sắc thể phổ biến như:

❗ Many mothers think that if they have had a normal NIPT test, they can ""rest assured"" and don't need any further tests for their baby after birth. But in reality, this is not enough.
👉 Why is heel prick blood screening still necessary?

✔️ NIPT is performed during pregnancy by analyzing fetal DNA in the mother's blood. This test helps detect common chromosomal abnormalities such as:
Down syndrome
Edwards syndrome
Patau syndrome
✔️ Heel prick blood screening is a completely different test, performed on the baby 24-72 hours after birth. This test helps detect:
