George kept her releases quiet during her session… but they were there 🤍

A softer eye, a relaxed muzzle and little moments where the tension started to melt away. Sometimes the smallest changes are the biggest signs the body is finally beginning to let go ✨

POV: you book your PEMF session and suddenly all your problems disappear 😌🐾✨

Doug was absolutely loving life during his session today — relaxed, happy and soaking up every second of it 🤍

Look closely at the hind end. 👀🐴

The first photo shows a much tighter, more braced appearance through the muscles, with a more obvious raised area/lump over the hindquarter.

Just 3 sessions later, the area appears noticeably softer, smoother, and more even overall.

When a horse spends long periods compensating and carrying tension, the body shape changes with it.

As the system starts to regulate and release, the body often begins to redistribute load more evenly — and you can physically see the difference.

This one hits a little closer to home because Billy is my own horse 🩵

For a long time he struggled under saddle and would often try to rear. At the time, it was easy to think it was behaviour, resistance or attitude… but now having his kissing spine diagnosis, so much of it makes sense.

Pain changes the way horses move, react and cope. When their back hurts, they can only communicate the best way they know how.

Since starting PEMF, the biggest thing I’ve noticed is the moments where he finally starts to let go. The softened eye, the lowered head, the release through his body. It’s not an overnight fix, but helping him feel more comfortable and supported means everything to me.

Sometimes the “naughty” horse is just a horse asking for help 🤍

Jimmy had his second session yesterday, he was abit fidgety but there was alot going on 🤍

Not every horse falls asleep during PEMF…
some just stand there pretending they’re totally unbothered while secretly loving every second of it 🤭🐴

The soft eye, relaxed muzzle and quiet expression always give them away in the end ✨

Timmy falling asleep in his most recent session 😴

Sometimes the quiet moments say the most—
when the tension starts leaving the body and they finally switch off instead of holding everything in.

This is my favourite part of every session 🤍

Apollo enjoying his session the other day.

He has relaxed so much into them and gets everything he can out of them.

Soft eye, quieter posture, and a body starting to let go of tension.

That’s what I love seeing during sessions 🤍

Colin enjoying his first session yesterday, he was a bit fidgety but settled at times 🩷

A common question is getting asked is:

“How long does a session take?”

A standard PEMF session for a horse is usually around 1 hour. This allows enough time to work through the whole body and focus on any areas needing extra attention.

Every horse is different, and each session is tailored to what that individual horse needs on the day. 🐎

More and more people are turning to PEMF as part of their dog’s recovery and wellness routine 🐾✨

Compared to pain meds alone, dogs receiving PEMF have shown faster improvements in pain, limping, muscle strength, and mobility.

PEMF works by supporting circulation, recovery, and cellular function—helping the body regulate and heal more effectively.

Whether it’s for active dogs, seniors, recovery support, or general maintenance, the goal is always the same:
a body that feels and functions better. 🤍

These photos are just over two months apart, and the difference speaks for itself.

Improved topline, better muscle development, softer posture, and a horse that looks far more comfortable in his body overall.

PEMF works at a cellular level to support circulation, recovery, inflammation reduction, and nervous system regulation—helping the body function and recover more effectively over time.

Consistency matters.
Small changes add up.
And when the body starts feeling better internally, it shows externally too.

This is why I do what I do 🤍
