What most people call luck looks a lot different behind the scenes.

It looks like vacation funds becoming training budgets.

It looks like investing in education long before there’s a return on that investment.

It looks like showing up for clients day after day, year after year.

It looks like learning new skills nearly two decades into a career instead of getting comfortable.

It looks like building relationships, earning trust, and focusing on people instead of chasing the latest trend.

It looks like consistency when nobody is watching.

This year marks 17 years since I opened my business.

The truth is, there were plenty of moments when quitting would have been easier. Plenty of times things didn’t go according to plan. Plenty of risks, sacrifices, and lessons learned along the way.

I’m grateful for every client who has trusted me, referred a friend, supported a new service, shared a post, or simply continued to show up.

It was built one client, one relationship, and one appointment at a time.
