Memorial Day is more than a long weekend, backyard BBQs, and the unofficial start to summer. It is a day to honor the men and women who gave everything for this country and the freedoms we often take for granted.

This one feels especially personal for our spa family this year. Lacey’s husband, Matt, remains deployed in the Middle East after military movement extended his call of duty. Like so many military families, we understand a little deeper the sacrifice, uncertainty, missed moments, and quiet strength that service requires.

We hope everyone takes a moment to slow down… to breathe… to love their people a little harder… and to remember those who never made it home.

No matter our differences, days like Memorial Day remind us that freedom has never come free.

To our military families, active duty service members, veterans, and especially those we have lost — we honor you today and every day.
