Hello friends !
I come bearing news. This account and buisness has been inactive for quite some time now.

Last year while I was working I began to get extremely burnt out. I was struggling so I decided to take a break. During this time I have been begging and urging my higher self to allow me to practice again with no avail. This tells me that what I have been doing no longer serves my path.

Instead of fighting it I am rerouting into something my soul has been longing for. Eventually this practice will be transitioned into a full time herbal apothecary.

I am currently taking courses and relearning the wisdoms I have always known. This is a practice I hold near and dear to my soul. I ask you all to please me patient with me as I will not be doing readings or healings at this time, so I can fully focus, study and create nourishing products for you all. I appreciate all of your patience, trust, and support.

This eventual transition will have a new buisness name, new ideas and a new me.

My future plans ;
🌱 To bring both spiritual and physical healing using natural plants and medicines. 🌱 To work with you to heal your bodies without the negative side effects. 🌱 To create fully sustainable, plastic free products. 🌱 To create herbal remedies that aid all spiritual practices ( such as holding space, preforming ceremony, or attending retreats.) 🌱 To allow the use of the barter system because I think everybody deserve access to healing, especially when using herbalistic practices. 🌱 To wildcraft, and grow at least 50% of my products used.

I'm inviting you all to change your pace. Instead of " I'm healing" we can switch to "I am realizing and experiencing."

When we decide we need to heal, and embark on that journey we are telling the universe that we want endless healing. Wich is good and abundant, but we get caught in the loop of constant change, self destruction and rebuilding.

When we switch the perspective of realization, we are no longer singing ourselves up for endless work. We are no longer stating that we are flawed and need to be healed.

Cheanise’s Niches is presenting a retreat weekend that will allow you to express and understand the root of your anger, & how it can be something that you work with, instead of against!

This weekend will dive deep & demonstrate the five root causes: the Why? Who? What? Where? When? & How? of anger.

I commonly have individuals looking for guidance when they feel like they’re at battle within themselves.
I myself have suffered from creating more work for myself when I wasn’t aware of how much my anger was controlling my story, but the secret is: you no longer have to fight the battle within any MORE!

Cheanise and her team of esteemed practitioners are ready to share their tools, perceptions, and gifts with each & every one of you!
To free your inner strength, to allow the root of your rage to be explored & released.

This will be a safe, non judgmental, mixed group of ages and genders event in order to help bring awareness & balance back into ourselves!

⁃ Hiking shoes or steel toe boots
⁃ Gloves and safety glasses
⁃ Swimwear, towel/water gear
⁃ Comfy clothes
⁃ Camping gear if you were staying on site
⁃ Journal and pen
⁃ Refillable containers for water and coffee
⁃ Sunscreen or bug repellent
⁃ Yoga mat to be used for outdoors
⁃ Workout clothes and running shoes for outside use
⁃ A backpack
⁃ Ball pack diamonds onsite so bring gear if you want to play!

Shower and laundry services are available on site. A convenience store and other town stores are available in very close distance to campground.

Hotels and other accommodations are available in the surrounding area if not wanting to camp on location.

All kinds of parks and local areas to tour! Various lakes and river spots to adventure onsite and near by!

Not many full service sites left but lots of room for non service spots for motor homes and tents/campers and cars!!!

To all of you who have effortlessly given your heart to people who weren't able to love you enough.

I have been noticing the cycle of empaths lately. I has witnessed so many men and women giving themselves and breaking their backs for everyone around them without return. So many empaths that have now turned bitter because they are depleted.

Now, it's not their fault they can't give you what you give them. But I will ask you this. Why aren't you enough when you aren't helping anyone ? Can you be stable in your own energy, not feeling like you owe the world to be a savior?

I'll invite you all who are feeling like this to take a moment and reflect. Can you be okay in boundaries? Where is the root of your needing to please coming from? How can you be a healer and not an endless giver ?

This is your sign to hold some space for your own feelings today. Hold space for the anger, the bitterness, the resentment and the fear of not being loved back. Hold space for the rage against people who did not choose you, people who neglected you and the people you just weren't able to meet your vibration.

Please remember that you are enough. You are loved and valued and absolutely cherished. Remember, you are the light within it all.

Hello beautiful souls!

As some of you know, I have taken a small break from work to honor myself as I relocate and rearrange.
