THE REALITY:
This look is not everyone’s cup of tea and only a few people understand what stepping on the stage is actually like. Girls often compare themselves to similar images on social media without realising that this look is temporary.
As for any other competition, preparation is mandatory and these factors play a huge part:
⭐️Time
⭐️Dedication
⭐️Determination
⭐️Correct Training Methods
⭐️Special Diet
⭐️Consistency
When you are prepping you have a deadline to meet for 10, 12,15 ..,weeks. You cannot skip a single workout, you put your sweat and tears into it, you do not go over your macros.
Your social life gets put on hold, your mood changes ,you feel miserable and tired.
A competition body is temporary. We DO NOT look like this all year round. You cannot maintain low body fat levels for long. It can effect your: bones, thyroid, mental health and metabolism.
So why do people compete? That is the definition of a passion. For me, competing was a way to reward my accomplishments and push me to work even harder, to set new goals.

One of the main questions- B***y 🍑

Ladies, To see the result u have to learn and understand how to target your glutes property (maximus, medius, minimus) U need to hit all 3.
1. ACTIVATION is a MUST
2. Heavy lifting ( mixing compounds with isolation movements)
3. Not too much cardio
4. Nutrition
5. Rest
Often we forget about no.1 and jump onto no.2

Regular exercise is good for u, but it is also important to vary your fitness routine.

If u keep doing same workout routine each day and your results are dropping , u are more likely to get bored and give up on your fitness goals.
