So I’m going to have a short break from Aquanatal classes to allow myself time to complete my studies…but I’ll be back!!! Aquanatal has been my passion for 4 years and seeing you all thrive in your pregnancies gives me so much joy. Classes open to book now from Mid March and I can’t wait to see you then. Best wishes to those who are due to have their babies whilst I’m off. Stay in touch and thank you for your continued support ❤️

Hi 👋
I thought I’d introduce myself to my new followers and tell you a bit about me. My name is Kerry, I’m a midwife and love all things pregnancy & post-birth. I’ve got a keen interest in exercise in pregnancy so set up Aqua-Bumps almost 3 years ago and became a aquanatal instructor. Exercise in the water in pregnancy is fantastic as the water supports your baby to allow you to move a lot easier and hopefully reduce any aches & pains! My classes have been a great way for expectant mums to connect and I love seeing how new friendships have formed ❤️ I also run “thrive in the 4th trimester” which is a postnatal course for new families. I love making a positive impact in those early weeks and months as your navigate new parenthood. I’m a mum myself to two gorgeous children and my little dog Molly who features on here quite a bit 🐶
My classes are relaxed and welcoming to all. Look at my website for more info and how to book.

Pregnant? Want to come to a day time aquanatal class? This class is perfect for you. Start your day with some gentle pool-based exercise to keep joints mobile and feel less aches & pains. Take an early lunch from work, I promise it will be worth it!!! You’ll get to meet other expectant mums too!
