Recovery is just as important as the training.
Last week, we had in for some essential recovery during his training block 🏃🏻♂️ Jacob’s not shy to some pretty incredible run times, including:
🏅 Current 3rd fastest 10km run in the UK with a time of 28:22:94
🏅 Part of 2 x NCAA Cross-country champion team
Jacob’s next races are the Stirling pursuit 5000, followed by the Wilmslow 10K. His sights are also set on the Commonwealth Games standard 5K time.
To optimise Jacob’s recovery inbetween runs and to get his body and muscles race ready, we suggested a 3 minute blast inside our whole body cryo chamber and a session using our compression boots 🦵🏻
