Today, we join the entire civil service in celebrating the remarkable service, dedication, and leadership of our beloved Head of Service, whose years of commitment to the Civil Service have left an enduring legacy of excellence, integrity, and professionalism. Your tireless contributions toward strengthening the public service, mentoring officers, and advancing good governance have greatly impacted the growth and development of the Civil Service.

Through your wisdom and exemplary leadership, the State was able to surmount seemingly impossible hurdles and launch the State’s Formal Sector Health Insurance Scheme for the workers. This achievement during your tenure is a legacy that ensures that present workers and those coming will be guaranteed protection from the financial stress of health care expenditure.

It is interesting to add that you did not stop at just caring for the welfare of active workers; you also took up the challenge and got our retirees free health insurance coverage as well.
