I GET IT. We’re all impatient. We all want the thing to work yesterday. But after being in the health, fitness & coaching industry for over a decade, I also understand and promise you, the people who consistently look, feel, and perform their best usually have the same “boring” foundations:
— quality nutrition
— strength training
— daily movement
— proper recovery
— sleep
— stress management
— true metabolic health
Tools can have a place, but NO peptide will ever outwork a body that’s properly nourished, strong, and metabolically healthy.
Build the foundations first.
Then decide if you need anything else to drive you that 1% further.
That’s it. That’s the whole cheat code. Except it’s not a cheat code it’s just…the code.
Health is simple. Humans make it complicated.
