Samantha prior to iron engagement had already put in a lot of work reclaiming her health and physique. When we connected she took the suggested adjustments, continue to make progress, and not long after did her first show. She obviously caught the bug and did another show about 6 months later. The second show she came in leaner and almost 10 lb lighter than the first show because of her consistency and never give up attitude, as well as a little OCD.

Ben was already building a solid base when we met. He wanted to enter a show with his wife who already competed once before. For this show, Ben's adherence resulted in him dropping from 200lbs down to almost 160lbs for the stage. Almost 40lbs in a matter of a few months.
