Attention Class has changed to Mondays for June!
Create space and schedule time for yourself to slow down and tend to your physical, mental and emotional body.
Your value is NOT in your productivity.
As women we need time to rest, nourish and nurture ourselves. This is a radical act! And surprisingly enough we may just get more done because we have taken a pause, created space, waited, rested , connected with our heart and rejuvenated. It’s an inside job!!

June can be such a busy time of year. Why not schedule time for yourself to slow down and tend to your physical, mental and emotional body?
Decondition your mind that your value is not in your productivity. We need time to rest, nourish and nurture ourselves. This is a radical act! and surprisingly enough we may just get more done because we have taken a pause, waited, rested and rejuvenated. It's an inside job.
