𝘋𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘮𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵....

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 (these days)?🤔
Let's be honest, the thought of Meditation can 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 overwhelming even for the most seasoned practitioner.

𝗪𝗵𝘆?
Because the more adept we become at practicing on a daily basis, the more our Minds can lead us to 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 that we 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝘴𝘪𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘥𝘴...building up time more and more....thus, creating unnecessary dogmatic linear progression. How exhausting!

While an extensive practice is, 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦, highly beneficial, I like to think of 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 as:
👉🏽 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘴 *𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯* 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 𝗢𝗙𝗙. 📴

If we can wait in line to order a cup of coffee or for the traffic light to change, we 𝙙𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮 have the ability to practice *stillness* for 5 minutes every day.
