In my postpartum era this was the mantra I kept coming back too,
And mindset and nervous system regulation are what kept me sane 🤣
In getting back to coaching, I wanna do what I LOVE the most and thats group coaching.
Teaching YOU how to build mental fitness and how to manage stress so you can "Mind Yourself" and therefore keep the home happy too 😅
As women we can take on a huge mental load, which can take its toll on the body ans we dont know the simple ways in which we can be supporting ourselves.
What I will be teaching should be taught in schools,
But this is for everyone,
Whether you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed or burnt out,
If you are struggling with up & down moods, limiting beleifs and poor self talk,
If you are have anxiety or poor self image.
Males/females, old and young...
Or if you are like me and a new mum who needs to find a happy place in body and mind again.
For the first x20 people it works out at £10 per week for the 8 week course
