Which Company? Does it Really Matter?
Can we all agree that essential oils are EVERYWHERE??? 😳 Like everywhere.
Walmart. Bed, Bath and Beyond. The grocery store. Everywhere. 😳
This makes it so confusing for many people because, if you’re like me, you’re ALL about a good deal! 🤔 But friends, let’s not make the mistake of getting a good “deal” and sacrificing quality and purity in the meantime.🙅🏼♀️ We need to make sure we are getting the BEST bang for our buck-- without compromising safety, quality, and purity. ESPECIALLY when it comes to things we bring into our homes and put on & in our bodies. 🏡
It’s easy to be underwhelmed with oils you may have found at the grocery store. 😶 There’s a reason for that! Many plants have a very small window of time they need to be harvested & distilled in order to get the highest therapeutic benefits from the plant. If you miss that window, the therapeutic benefits decrease substantially. 😯😯😯 This is why having a company that is obsessively devoted to watching, harvesting, & distilling the plants at their peak is PARAMOUNT to your success with using essential oils & essential oil infused products. YL is so obsessed about it that they often micro-distill right in the field! 🤯🙌🏻
It is also super important to only use the first distillation of an oil; when other companies use second, third, etc. distillations, the effectiveness of the oil is greatly decreased. Think about coffee… if you were to run the same coffee grounds through several coffee brewing cycles, which brew would be the strongest? It’s the same concept with oils-- you want that first, benefit-rich, distillation. YL is the only global company that sells only first distillation oils. 🤗🤗

🤓 NERD FACT: All YL farms must have soil that has been free from chemical pesticides for at least 50 years prior to YL planting in it! This is MORE than organic standards!! This is HUGE because the things that go in the soil have a major impact on the plant, and in turn, the oil that comes out of the plant is also affected.
It's rare to find a company with such high standards. These are the only oils I feel comfortable using on myself and my kiddos. 💗💗💗 I am SO grateful to have access to products and oils of this caliber!
