When you align with the Universe and you trust yourself and the path you walk on…

It can lead you to unexpected, lovely surprises like this one. Walked into always wanted to visit this pretty place and never knew where it quite was, until I parked nearby.

My curiosity walked into this vibey, ambient, melodrama of books and spaces to reflect, read and write…

So I played a little game with my imagination today — and asked it to randomly pick on a glance, the first parchment that stands out to me at a distance;

And would you believe — out of a sea of multiple book pages — my hand, my Heart chose one from one of my favourite books of all time. Perhaps the most greatest love story every written;

by F. Scott Fitzgerald.

My heart and soul has spoken today. ✨💓

What an INCREDIBLY, MOVING evening it was listening to OPRAH share her story and wisdoms at !!

Wow… she is Fabulous at 71 and looked amazing with the hottest pair of ankle boots I’ve seen!

My key highlights from her talk: (paraphrased of course)
1. Be connected to your Spiritual Self. Tune into that little voice that speaks quietly to you. If you can stay still enough to hear it, that little voice will be your highest guide/ God within you that is the same connected force of Good that is woven into the fabric of all of us and the Universe. So when you move with this power, you move in alignment with All.

2. That little voice within is just a whisper. A quiet knowing. And when you don’t listen to it — the force of nature and laws of the Universe will still carry on and make sure you get the right message. If you ignore it, it will throw a pebble at you and then a brick... and then a problem into a crisis; if you continue to ignore it.

3. A reminder that every action taken has an equal and opposite reaction always. And Karma will return whatever it is you put out into the world. And as Oprah kindly insists, it may be late, but it never forgets your address! 😉 So give good to others and the world and all of that love shall return tenfold.

4. Find Spiritual partnership in all that you do in life. In work, friendships, love… choose to be with those that are your spiritual partners or at least willing to be there for you. Ie. the essence of them is wanting the highest and best for your essence. Non-judgmental, non-competitive and just highly supportive of you meeting your happiness and dreams.

5. Spiritual Intentionality — connect to your highest and intentionally be a channel for Good as that’s Love. And as Oprah quoted from a book she read: “For anything to be truly good it must also be filled with love.”

What a great Universal reminder that a journey can be as long or short, and as SWEET or painful as you make it to be. With ANYthing or ANYone.

And from what I’ve learnt, studied, coached and healed others on over the past almost decade now, is that the power of One is indeed limitless;

Especially when we can place our Spirit/ God/ divine connection and essence ahead of just our physical state. Our physical form. And try connect to beyond what the naked, easy eyes can see.

Did you know? Our every cell of our body, mind and soul aligns to whatever it is we choose to focus on.

So if it’s love, we create and build a loving fabric of ourselves from this. If it’s outside of this, we risk operating from an ultimately fragile, highly breakable ego.
Think emotional melt-downs, getting cheesed off over the smallest of things or your pride not allowing you to forgive someone. Just to name a few examples.

Now it’s not to say we can’t also love or accept our egos — it’s just that it’s not the same as letting it rule and run your life.

For quite some time, the concept of Instagram use to make me back away… because of its focus on minimal depth (limited words to express an author’s POV) and maximum image (external validation and consciousness).

Sometimes I still have an aversion to this aspect of it!!

But in the past 3 years, I’ve really started to embrace being more visually VOCAL & SEEN on this platform.

Why?

Well, how else do I get my spiritual messages like this out to more people like you…

When was the last time you paused to say “Thank you” to life, the universe and God? These blessed days we get to be alive don’t just come from nowhere.

To the beautiful sacred women in my network;
