A Touch of Wellbeing Pilates, Calm&Flow Qigong, wellbeing and fitness classes During a session, the client is fully dressed and treatments are performed on a futon on the floor.

Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage work on a holistic level using acupressure points, stretches, holding and rocking techniques to improve general well-being, flexibility and reduce stress. Both therapies will work from your feet to your head, using hands, elbows, knees and even feet. After the magic of the last retreat, planning is now underway for the next South Africa experience in Autumn 2027 - another unforgettable Pilates & Safari Retreat in partnership with Pumula Retreat. We’ll return for gentle Pilates, Qigong & mindfulness, nourishing food, tropical gardens at Pumula… before continuing into the wetlands and game reserves for safari experiences and time immersed in the African bush.
