Start your morning strong with these homemade apricot bars — a wholesome alternative to many store-bought granola bars. Made with whole grain oats, they’re packed with fiber, selenium, and B vitamins to help support lasting energy and overall wellness. Whole grains are an easy and delicious way to boost fiber intake, which may help lower cancer risk.

Naturally sweet dried apricots provide vitamin A and potassium, while crunchy pecans and silken tofu add satisfying texture and an extra boost of protein. 😋
