Pray to the water.

Not just the ocean out there
The water in your body
The water in your glass
The water in the sky

Water is not separate from you
It is you

In Ayurveda, water carries memory
It reflects back what we’re holding

So when the rain comes heavy… ask yourself

Where am I out of alignment?
Where have I been off in my thinking?
What habits am I still feeding that don’t actually serve me?
What stories am I telling that keep me small?

This isn’t about blame
It’s about clarity

Water doesn’t punish
It purifies
It moves what’s stuck

Aloha dear community 🤍

Like so many here on the North Shore, our home and clinic space were affected by the recent flooding. We are navigating cleanup and disruption, while also recognizing that many in our immediate community have lost far more.

As practitioners of Ayurveda, we feel called to meet this moment with the tools we know best: nourishment, grounded presence, and therapeutic support.

Through our Community Care Fund, we are offering no-cost services to individuals and families directly impacted by the flooding.

If you’d like to support from afar, you can do so by contributing to the fund, booking a session, joining our Spring Cleanse, enrolling in a course, or simply sharing our work.
