Yoga, Meditation, Breath-work & Sound Bath

Bringing it back to my public class roots in the Daley Ranch Park in honor of a dear friend 🕊️

We will be grounding & honoring ourselves while connecting with beautiful Mother Earth and aligning with the elements. This is a donation based event on a sliding scale $5-$25 all are welcome & if money is an issue energetic exchanges are available. Let’s trade!
