If you have hospice liaison, community outreach, or hospice education experience within Bexar County and are passionate about building meaningful relationships in the healthcare community, we would love to hear from you!

This role includes:
🌸 Building relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities
🌸 Providing education about hospice services
🌸 Attending networking and community events
🌸 Helping families navigate the hospice admission process
🌸 Growing awareness of compassionate hospice care throughout our community

We are seeking someone who is:
