CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE (MALE)
Join Serene Skin and be a part of our dedicated team.
Location: Dhanmondi 2/A, Satmasjid Road, Dhaka
Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: Friday
Joining: Immediate / 1st July 2026

Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline
Requirements
• Fluent in Bangla & English (spoken & written)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional in verbal and written communication
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via calls and messaging platforms
• Respond to Patient concerns professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
• Maintain service standards and customer satisfaction
Salary: Negotiable
