Humpack Whale Reteat in Tonga🌸

Yoga ✺ Breathwork ✺ Cacao ✺ Love ✺ Freedom People come into your life at the right time and you often find yourself in the right place (even if it seems random) - there are no mistakes in the universe and there

is a reason why you are reading this page right now. If you want to know who I am professionally the answer would be yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, author and retreat organiser. But if you want to know who I am beneath those titles, the answer would be:

I am a human being, on a spirtual journey - and so are YOU! Depression, severe anxiety, self harming, self sabotage, wanting to end my life... I was 18 years old and totally lost. This is when yoga entered my life and over the next 10 years I have been building myself up. One day at a time, I kept choosing to fight for my life, I looked for light over dark and I'm so grateful that I am still here. Today I teach yoga and breathwork classes, online and in person and organise and run international retreats all over the world. My role is to gently remind you that you are the creator of your life. At any given moment you can rewrite the story, let go of your limited beliefs and choose to let your inner light shine! I look forward to seeing you in class or on a retreat. Much love to you and thank you for being here.

Whale sharks have been swimming in the oceans for millions of years, witnessing cycles of creation, destruction, and renewal far beyond human memory. Their bodies hold ancient rhythm. Their movement carries patience, trust, and quiet authority. If you ever see a whale shark swimming, you’ll notice they are never in a rush.

Spiritually, ocean elders are seen as keepers of balance. They remind us how to live in harmony with life rather than trying to control it. Whale sharks do not force their way through the sea. They allow the currents to guide them, trusting that what they need will come. Their size commands respect, yet their nature is peaceful, reminding us that wisdom does not need aggression to be powerful.

When you are in the water with a whale shark, something shifts. The ego softens as you become aware of how small you are, and at the same time, how deeply connected you are to everything around you. You remember that true power does not come from size or force, but from presence and heart.

Whale sharks teach us that true power is gentle.
That slowness is wisdom.
That presence is enough.
And that everything in life that is meant for you will find you, in its own time.

If your heart feels a quiet yes to meeting these ocean elders in a respectful and aligned way, send me a DM or click the link in my bio to learn more about the upcoming Whale Shark Retreat.

When people see photos of my retreats, they often see the joy. They see the turquoise waters of the Red Sea, the playful dolphins, and the smiles.

But I want to share something with you that isn’t always visible in the photos.

This retreat is not just a holiday. It is a deep dive into your own heart.

While the dolphins are our spiritual partners in this journey, the true work happens within you. The retreat is designed to help you come into total alignment with who you truly are.

But here is the truth about expansion: To go high, we must be willing to go deep.

When we open our hearts and raise our vibration, we often stir up the sediment of the past. Old wounds, limiting beliefs, and emotions we have been avoiding can rise to the surface. The things we haven’t been able to face before suddenly ask to be seen.

This is why safety is my number one priority.

On every dolphin retreat I host in the Red Sea, I bring a psychologist to be present on the boat with us.

I do this because I believe in creating a truly trauma-informed space.

I know that when you choose to join me, you are trusting me with your heart, your energy, and your vulnerability. I do not take that lightly.

On the boat, we become a family. It is not just me holding space for you; we have a dedicated professional who is ready to step in should you need additional support to ensure you are held safely. Many of us are afraid to let go because we fear that if we fall apart, no one will be there to catch us. Having a psychologist on board gives your nervous system permission to fully relax, knowing that if difficult emotions arise, you have expert support to help you navigate them.

Know that the healing doesn't just happen in the water; it happens when we process what came up. We help you integrate these shifts so they become lasting changes, not just fleeting moments.

I am deeply committed to walking this path with you. Together with my team, we create a container where all of you is welcome, your light, your shadow, your joy, and your tears.

There is something deeply moving about watching a mama whale and her baby calf travelling together through the ocean. The way she leads. The way the calf stays close. The way that they communicate not with words but by body language and energy. You not only see it, but you "feel" it too.

These early weeks of a calf’s life are sacred and Tonga is one of the best places in the world to witness this tender bond, especially towards the end of October, when mothers and calves are often seen resting, travelling slowly, and sharing moments of connection near the surface.

In Tonga, humpback whales come to these warm, protected waters to give birth and nurture their young. There is no chasing, no rushing, we approach them in very small groups and always with great patience and respect. Every encounter is heart-led and ethical, allowing the whales to remain in control of the interaction.

Being in the water with a mama and her calf is humbling beyond words. It will softens you in ways you didnt know was possible and remind you what unconditional love is.

End of October in Tonga is pure magic.
If you feel the call, trust it 🌊🐋💙

Come and join me in Tonga 23-29th October 2026.

People ask me often about whale consciousness and what I believe it really is.

To me, whales carry a level of awareness and intelligence that feels very different from our own. They are connected to something far older than modern human life. Their presence alone invites a different way of perceiving, one that goes beyond thinking and into direct knowing.

I see consciousness not as something limited to one body or one lifetime, but as something living, evolving, and shared. It connects all beings and flows through body and spirit. My work is about creating conditions where people can touch that connection again, through breath, through the body, and through meeting the unconscious layers we usually ignore.

Why does this matter right now?

Because we have become disconnected from heart-led awareness. And without it, we fall out of balance with the Earth itself. When heart consciousness is present, respect follows. Care follows. Responsibility follows. Creation from the heart, not ego/brain can take place.

Each of us is part of a much larger web. What we think, choose, protect, or destroy doesn’t stay isolated. It ripples through the collective. If we continue to harm and erase ocean beings that carry such deep intelligence and coherence, we don’t just lose a species. We lose a stabilising force. We lose a frequency of balance, compassion, and remembrance.

We are not owners of this planet.
We are participants within it.

So ask yourself today: What kind of ocean will remain if the sound of whale song disappears?

That question alone asks us to listen more deeply. Listen to your heart and what the whale's songs communicates to us.

I'm an ocean girl through and through. You know this about me by now. My heart lives in the water, with the dolphins and whales, in the salt and the vastness. Every retreat I've created has been rooted in that... in the ocean, in connection with marine life, in remembering that we are not separate from the sea. But Terceira has been calling me for so long. The Azores. This island. I felt completely compelled to go, to stand in those ancient forests, to be there during the eclipse. And when I finally sat down to research why, I understood.

I want to tell you something about the island where I'm taking you this August. It's not just a beautiful place to travel to. It's one of the most geologically rare places on the entire planet. Terceira, in the Azores, sits at the meeting point of three tectonic plates: North American, Eurasian, and African. Scientists call this region the Azores Triple Junction. Only eight such places exist on Earth. Beneath the island, the plates are slowly moving apart, and the island itself was born from that movement, pushed up from the bottom of the ancient Tethys Ocean by forces that have been at work for 90 million years.

In many ancient traditions, places where the Earth's plates meet are considered portals. Points where the veil between worlds is thinner. Where the energy rising from deep within the planet is closest to the surface. Whether you come to that through science or through spirit, what you feel standing on Terceira is the same thing.

I haven't been there yet. But when I found this island, something in me just knew. My highest self didn't hesitate. And I believe that's how Mother Gaia works. She doesn't always explain herself. She just calls, and we feel it in our chest before we understand it in our mind. If you're reading this and feeling something similar.. I think that's worth paying attention to.
The Earth is genuinely alive here. And we are going to spend seven days inside that aliveness.

📅 9–15 August 2026

There are 4 places left. If you've been feeling the pull, I'd love to have you with us. Something is shifting, and I genuinely believe the people who say yes to this are exactly the people who need to be there.
