Ghady uses a blend of yoga practices, with all of his 20 years of experience, to encourage his students for a more holistic perspective, real, meaningful and lasting changes. Over 20 years of experience were utilized to form a class that focuses on Stress Relief, Pain Relief, Weight Management, Better Breathing, Flexibility, Increasing Strength, Improving Circulation, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Focusing on the present, and last but not least, Inner Peace! What began as a purely physical practice led Ghady to discover the many spiritual and mental benefits of a well-rounded yoga practice. It is through Pranayama, Asanas and Meditation that he taps into the sense of inner calm and self-acceptance that yoga brings, and he encourages his students to do the same. When you plan to get in shape for a healthier lifestyle, sporting event, wedding or reunion, you may head over to any gym and attend group activities. However, some find that classes are too confining or inappropriate to be effective. Personal fitness trainers can offer faster results because they can tailor workout programs for every individual's needs. Ghady's career started by working with the most experienced trainers in the Middle East since 2001. Then attaining certification took place over the years such as fitness class, sports medicine and sports nutrition etc. A Professional Trainer with more than 16 years of experience, responsible in delivering the six domains of athletic training Prevent, Protect, Evaluate, Assess, Rehabilitate, and Counsel: Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Men’s and Women’s Track and Field, Men’s and Women’s Cross Country, Men’s and Women’s Golf, and Men’s and Women’s Tennis. As a professional fitness trainer, Ghady's job is to motivate his clients towards a healthier life. He focuses on instructing individuals about exercises and activities that improve strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. His main mission is listening to his clients to target their personal fitness goals and developing a personalized program specifically for their needs. Ghady demonstrates the movements and asks his clients to repeat them while offering tips on improving their posture and encouraging them to continue this pace of workout and regular sessions so their physical progress can be maintained. Ghady's utmost concern is to maintain safety for his clients while exercising and offering them the most helpful and up to date information about nutrition, weight loss and general lifestyle changes.
