How much friction
for the old to slough off?
Is there relief?

Can I rest back into the knowing that
this is part of the natural cycle
letting go of the old, emerging
into a new authentic expression?

Can I rest back into the love
of the wise and well ones
who have gone this way before me?

Can we emerge from what has been
Into the fresh skin of a new now?

Appreciating the amazing students completing Practitioner Foundation Training. It's important to me to be a part of communities cultivating the clarity and embodied capacity to be with the great difficulties of now and what has been. Gathering together to illuminate and co-create the conditions for transformation of injuries and restrictive forces towards personal and collective freedom, joy and mutual support. Deep bow to these therapists, bodyworkers, coaches, OTs, PTs, acupuncturists, MDs, chiropractors, birth workers, artists and visionaries.

May this work ripple out for the benefit of all.

I'm appreciating songs--songs that say I am here, I am available for life, I want to connect, I want to live. We are alive and want to continue in a good way. Even on dark days. Songs calling out for what is needed, what is missing. These are songs that can be silenced or forgotten with post-traumatic physiology. They are the songs I love to support my clients' bodies in remembering and singing again 🐸🎤
