The music is always 🔥🔥🔥, I can wear whatever I want, I’m allowed to sweat and dance in a bra——ANNNNNNNNNNDDD I burn calories and keep my body In shape! Oh and did I mention it regulates my mental health and overall mood. And I get to dance with other like minded individuals looking to sweat and have a great time!
