If your current anxiety was an animal, what animal would it be? 🐾

When the external noise drops, a lot of us scramble to fix, to blame, or to disappear. We run from stillness because it forces the lens completely inward.

But when we stop running, the silence transforms. It stops being a wall between us and the world, and becomes a mirror for the self.

In this week’s letter, I share a few curious, somatic questions I use in my therapy practice to personify our difficult sensations, help them feel less alone, and find the “Pure Awareness” hiding underneath the noise.
