When people ask us about Herbalife, they often say things like “is it just drinking shakes???” ... “I’d like to try it, but I love my food too much!” 😩
The perception of Herbalife, and the reality, couldn’t be further apart!
So here are some facts to help some of the misunderstandings ☺️...
1. We eat whole foods more since using Herbalife, than we ever did before!
We used to skip breakfast and never snack, now we never miss breakfast and it’s not always in the form of a shake.
2. Herbalife is not a diet. There is nothing you “can’t have” whilst using the products! Its pretty much common sense, the healthier the foods you eat around the plan, the quicker your result, but we still eat normal dinners, drink gin and love chocolate! 😜
3. Everyone uses the products for different reasons. Some for weight loss, some for muscle gain, some, because they know it’s a really easy and simple way to get a big hit of nutrients into the body, without faffing with food prep. 👌🏼
4. Herbalife is not just shakes! There are so many different products that do many different things, but when it comes to breakfast or lunch, the formula can be used in so many ways! Delicious pancakes 😍, porridge, yoghurt, smoothie bowls, muffins, waffles and finally, simple shakes...all the same nutritious ingredients, just incredibly versatile 🥰
