Participating in the Global Enterprise Experience for a third time was a wonderful privilege. The first two years I had been a Team Leader, while this year brought the opportunity to train as a Business Coach and support Team Leaders throughout the programme.

The Business Coach programme was an incredible learning experience, providing the opportunity to develop and refine skills in helping entrepreneurs apply business principles through a dynamic online environment. This included providing one-on-one coaching to GEE Team Leaders and facilitating group sessions where leaders could learn from and support one another.

Of the 14 graduates in the Business Coach programme, I won the award which was both humbling and rewarding. I would also like to thank Neenu for accepting the award on my behalf as I was unable to attend the ceremony in New Zealand but I did watch it live via a link.

Throughout the programme, Team Leaders sought guidance to think through business strategies, marketing plans, economic evaluation, and the practical steps needed to bring their proposed ventures to life.

Most importantly, it was an amazing experience filled with learning, collaboration, and meaningful connections. Meeting so many inspiring and supportive people from around the world was a true highlight, and being part of a community passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership and coaching made the experience even more memorable.

I would also like to extend my congratulations to all the participants and award recipients. The passion, creativity, and dedication was truly inspiring, and it was a privilege to be part of this journey alongside such an amazing group of people.

A heartfelt thank you to Deb for her ongoing dedication and the enormous amount of work she puts into making this amazing opportunity possible. Her commitment helps create an experience that inspires, supports, and connects people from all over the world.

It is good that there is a company that has certified 100% vegan, dairy-free, and egg-free frozen desserts.

However, these should still be classed as “occasional foods” or “discretionary foods” which are sometimes also referred to as “junk foods”. They are non-essential items that are typically high in kilojoules, saturated fat, added sugar, and/or salt, while providing few essential nutrients. They are not included in the core food groups and are best enjoyed only in small amounts and on infrequent occasions.

When do you have icecream?

Daily ? Weekly ? Special treat ? No thank you ? Vegan versions ?

✨ An evening last week spent enjoying the vibrant lights of Vivid and the beautiful views across Circular Quay.

Whenever we’re in Sydney, we love visiting this place and ordering one of our favourite meals:

Grilled chicken tenderloin, green oak leaves, red bell pepper, avocado, red radish and lemon dressing (GF, DF) — fresh, wholesome and full of flavour.

It’s a meal we often come back to, not only because it’s delicious, but because it’s the perfect combination of fresh ingredients and great flavours. Paired with the stunning harbour backdrop and the atmosphere of Vivid, it made for another memorable Sydney night. 💙✨

🥗 Chicken Caesar Salad for dinner tonight!

Tonight’s dinner was a delicious Chicken Caesar Salad made with Cajun salt and pepper chicken, crisp cos lettuce, a soft poached egg, crunchy croutons, anchovies and creamy Caesar dressing.

For an extra indulgent touch, hubby topped his with crispy bacon and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.

A simple meal that’s full of flavour, texture and satisfaction. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner!

Our first visit to the new Sydney Fish Market 🐟🦐

I was hoping to take plenty of photos to share, but it quickly became quite busy. Even so, it was great to finally experience the new location, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a wander around. The waterfront views, fresh seafood and lively buzz made it a memorable visit.

We’ll definitely be back again soon to explore more, try a few more food options and hopefully capture some extra photos to share with you all. 📸✨

More than just a pretty plant, Flowering Kale or Ornamental Cabbage are members of the Brassica family, closely related to kale, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. They are generally grown for their ornamental beauty rather than their flavour, which can be quite bitter.
