Herbal medicine is regaining relevance in our modern world. We believe in the power of natural medicine and have a strong belief in the protection of the natural world. 6 Mushroom Defense Lemon Honey Iced Tea Recipe - It’s simple, delicious, and perfect for warm days.

Our 6 Mushroom Defense Tea is known for its smooth, refreshing flavor thanks to our hot water extraction process, which brings out the best of the mushrooms without the bitterness often found in freeze-dried mushroom drinks.

Ingredients:

8 oz warm water
1 Bravo Tea 6 Mushroom Defense™ tea bag
1 tsp of lemon juice or lemon slices
1 tsp honey, or natural sweetener of your choice

Instructions:
Brew 1 bag of Bravo Tea 6 Mushroom Defense™ in 8 ounces of warm water for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice/slices and honey. Let the tea cool and pour it over ice. Enjoy!
