The National Cannabis Master Plan (NCMP) sets out eight pillars necessary to support the emerging legal cannabis economy, and serves as the framework for a legislative initiative covering both industrial h**p and ma*****na under oversight of the South African Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) and the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform.

This decision will not have an immediate impact on loosening international controls over cannabis criminalization, but the recognition leads to how cannabis is classified globally.

A very welcome and positive outlook for the future of our human rights, health, security, and development in Africa and around the world.

A global revolution in attitudes towards cannabis is under way.

International licensing laws regarding the safety and quality of cannabis medicines vary greatly. The legalisation for medicinal use is paving the way for a broader liberalisation and the legislatures across the planet have been having similar changes of heart.

The use of Medicinal Cannabis in SA has increased significantly over the past decade.

There is huge international interest in the potential of Medicinal Cannabis but more so locally as Africa had domesticated Cannabis for a lot of reasons over the past 100 years. Due to the lack of evidence supporting Cannabis medicines and pharmaceutical Cannabinoids in the last 100 years, such products have been prohibited from legalisation.

Implementing national Medicinal Cannabis schemes will help people ease their suffering by making a wider range of quality medicinal cannabis products available. Increasing research, scientific literature and clinical trials, allows us to learn more each day. South Africa is getting ready to take over the world of Cannabis farming and will be well placed to manufacture for both the local and international markets

How H**pco.SA will achieve this.
