Stacey Claase Physiotherapy and Pilates We are a private physiotherapy practice and clinical Pilates studio based in the South of Joburg.

We have a special interest in sports-related injuries, neuromusculoskeletal conditions, orthopaedic post-operative rehabilitation, pre and post-natal rehabilitation and basic respiratory conditions. We are also the only studio in the area that provides clinical Pilates sessions, guided by a trained physiotherapist.

Our Physiotherapy room will be closed from 16th December to 11th January 2026 for our annual holiday break. We will be open on the 15th December.

We believe in the importance of rest and recharge. Taking a break allows us to come back refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to provide the best care possible.

If you need physiotherapy sessions before our closure, please book your appointments early to ensure you are seen.

We'll be back in action on 12th January 2026, ready to help you get moving in the new year!
