Power of physical touch in healing is amazing. I captured this beautiful moment to reflect on what would have happened if I asked her to stop stroking my arm for comfort as this is basically "not allowed" according to psychotherapy academic teachings. After the session we both looked at this 20seconds clip so many times while she was crying. She mentioned that she felt supported physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I am grateful for the calling and I will continue to serve and heal purposefully💯❤️

Thank you and for such an intimate and yet so impactful conversation.
Mom & Daughter duo and mom got me triggered in so many different ways.
Meeting such beautiful ladies and just building the sisterhood circle even bigger.
To the gentleman (shop manager) who had a whole conversation about my outfit and how colours heal the soul, I am humbled and grateful.
