Just today I was speaking to my (2 legged) children about listening to the wisdom of 'the older' ...

Horses and humans, again, have so much to learn from their species and certainly interspecies.. and, guess what? - We share some commonalities... 💞

Thank you mom for all that you are and all that you have taught me, for being ever present, for choosing me every time, for showing up for me and for always seeing the very best in me. I am so thankful for the gift of you.

We said goodbye to a mother and a friend this week.💔

In His kindness, God just seemed open up space to allow us to be 'fully present', to hold space for her in her final moments. To cry tears together, share stories together and adorn the unicorn with flowers in a little funeral ceremony. So so many tears. Such deep gratitude for the space to offer her dignity and respect. When I left that night, the herd was starting to gather around her body... It was so beautiful and so sacred and so important... I did not stay. They needed their own space to process too, grieve and show their respects in their own natural way. 😭

Misty girl, you were in our care for only 2 years, but I am so grateful for that time to have know you, to hear from you, to learn from you. You touched so many lives. We love you.

Thank you Lord, for the gift of Misty. ❣️🌈
