Happy 6th birthday to Health Matters today!
I took a huge leap of faith on 1 June 2020 to open my own practice and it’s been one of the best decisions of my life.
The top reason being that I get to choose my team and I can say with confidence that I have the very best group of health care professionals. The dedication, empathy, commitment, sincere and genuine care that these women show daily to our patients and our community is something I’m grateful for every day.
Happy birthday to us and may there be many more years!

Side note : 1 June also happens to be MY birthday and I also got married on my birthday in 2024 so it seems to be a lucky day! Much to celebrate today!

🇿🇦 Ballito to Cape Town: Investing in your health!

The four of us recently swapped our North Coast clinics for a deep dive into the obesity crisis currently facing South Africa. Understanding the "burden of disease" is one thing, but finding effective solutions for our patients is our priority.

We spent the weekend exploring the latest medical breakthroughs, specifically the role of Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) in chronic weight management. 💉✨

It’s not about a "quick fix"—it’s about evidence-based medicine that changes lives. We’re back and ready to share these insights with our Ballito community!

I’ve had 12 weeks of this beautiful face looking back at me. Thank you for the time away from the office that everyone supported and respected.
I’m back at work part time , please contact the office to book on the days that I am there. I’m making a very slow return as this precious girl is too hard to be away from for too long.
