This past weekend Marrion | Quirky Lotus Yoga | Wellness Coach and I facilitated a retreat at Buddhist Retreat Centre . We explored what it is to return to being. Through yoga, pranayama, meditation and a deep connection with nature we unpacked what needed to be let go of and what we were avoiding. It is always such a privilege to teach in a place where my own spiritual journey began. ❤️🌳

What a beauty! Never quite captured well on camera. This moth looks just like a stingray! ☺️🤩 Anyone able to ID it for me?
