1. Please be honest about any travels made over the previous 3 weeks. Should you fall ill after having scheduled, please CANCEL your appointment & stay home.
2. Please refrain from lingering in the practice and making small talk unnecessarily, as we are taking Social Distancing seriously.
3. Please try using the bathroom before your arrival & sanitizing before you enter the practice and when you leave. All surfaces will be wiped down regularly.
