Our new Inside Your Brain: Adult Series is focusing on depression. š§
Depression does not always present as sadness. It may feel like exhaustion, brain fog, irritability, disconnection, difficulty getting started, disrupted sleep or losing interest in things that once brought enjoyment.
Sometimes you are still going to work, caring for your family and meeting your responsibilitiesābut everything takes far more effort than anyone can see.
This series explores how depression may affect the adult brain, what signs to notice, and how a qEEG assessment can add another layer of understanding to your individual patterns.
Neurofeedback is one tool that may form part of a personalised support plan, helping the brain practise patterns associated with regulation, flexibility, focus and everyday capacity.
Adults need support too. You do not have to wait until you have nothing left to give before making space for yourself.
Follow the series, share it with someone who may need it, or speak to us about qEEG assessments and neurofeedback support for adults.
