Our Zambian honey is harvested at different times of the year, and the flowers available to the bees can change with the seasons.
That means one harvest may have a familiar floral sweetness, while another can have more distinctive herbal, spicy or liquorice-like notes.
It’s one of the natural characteristics of raw honey. 🌿🐝🍯Which would you prefer to try?

🍯Certain flowers and plants can naturally influence the flavour of honey, and seasonal harvests can taste quite different from one another.
Our Zambian winter harvest, for example, can have a more distinctive flavour profile depending on the seasonal flowering available to the bees.
