I have always had an interest in abdominal massage, especially for women's healthcare. After contacting the trainer, Amanda, in 2018, the wait was finally over and it was time to welcome her to our beautiful country and share her bounty of knowledge.

A little insight into the the stem cell patches and infrared sauna therapy that have so dramatically helped reduce my neck pain, inflammation, nerve issues and headaches following a severe neck injury with resulting disc protrusions in February, as well as the premature arthritis in my cervical spine.

It’s been quite a journey over the past few months with my neck injury and making changes in the salon to accomodate that…but onwards and upwards!

A beautiful new window and blind were installed! The old wooden door was bricked up to keep the pesky dust out! 2 new doors were installed to make way for the NEW infrared sauna, and the bathroom got a new window and a much needed upgrade! All doors were frosted for privacy and of course a fresh coat of paint for the walls and ceilings 🤩

Plus Introducing the new treatment upgrades to the salon including my brand new 6 in 1 Hydra Oxy Facial machine as well as Far Infrared Sauna 🧖‍♀️
