1. DIFFUSE
Add 3–4 drops to your diffuser to create a fresh, comforting atmosphere.

2. MASSAGE
Dilute 1–2 drops with a suitable carrier oil and use it for a soothing after-workout or end-of-day massage.

3. BATH
Dilute it appropriately in a suitable bath base before adding it to a warm bath, then take a few quiet minutes for yourself.
