Jessica statement

I started my dance journey at the age of 6 under Cawood Dance Academy after which I joined Dynamic dance studio when I was 12. I turned professional in 2009 and in 2011 I represented South Africa in Germany at the IDO disco dance world championships.

I am a qualified freestyle trainer. I teach hip-hop, disco and various other styles. I have 23 years of dance experience of which 10 years have been as a professional dancer, performer, choreographer and trainer. I have a diploma in exercise science and this has gone hand in hand with training my students and dancers.

I have worked with children from ages 3 and up for 11 years and I have a vast knowledge in kids development. Achieving my diploma in exercise science and actively being in the dance and fitness field, I have realised how much I enjoy working with people, especially children!

Ok so the results show for themselves. Jacques won the Pro-Diva overall with his transformation. Well done Jacques!! Thank you for assisting Jacques with his transformation and to for assisting Jill with hers.

Hi everyone. I know my page is quiet. Due to lockdown we never had the opportunity to host another Transformation challenge for this year. However, after lockdown, hubby and I decided to enter the challenge to be held on the 7th November 2020 in Roodepoort. We trained with the personal trainers from . We only had 11 weeks to change and they definately trained us well, as the results will show. I am going to post only our before pictures now, then I will post the after pictures after the show. So keep an eye out for this page and see the amazing results achieved.

Hi everyone. I know my page is very quiet. Because of lockdown we didn't have a transformation program this year. However, after lockdown, my hubby and I decided to do the Pro Diva transformation which is to be held on Sat. We had only 11 weeks to transform our bodies to be stage ready. Through the help of personal trainers, we ARE stage ready!! I am posting our before pictures now. I'll post the after pictures after the show on Sunday.
