We are still at the very beginning of our Willow & Sage journey, and there is something quite special about being part of a place while it is still growing. 🤍

Our garden, courtyard and indoor spaces are ready to start welcoming beautiful celebrations — even though we are still slowly building, adding and improving as we go.

For our opening period, we are offering our venue at:

Because we are still growing, tables and chairs are currently hired in for events and will be quoted separately according to what you need.

🌿 Things I don’t believe in as someone who supports healing 🌿

1. I don’t believe people are broken and need to be fixed.

You are not a project.

My role is not to rescue you or tell you who you should become. It is to create a safe space where you can slow down, breathe, listen to your body and begin hearing yourself again.

I can walk beside you.
I can offer tools.
But your healing will always belong to you.

2. I don’t believe helping others should mean losing myself.

There was a time when I thought caring meant giving until there was nothing left.

I know differently now.

Boundaries are part of healing too.

I can care deeply, hold space and support you without carrying everything for you.

3. I don’t pretend healing means becoming perfectly peaceful.

I am human too.

I still experience grief, frustration, exhaustion, triggers and difficult days.

Healing doesn’t mean never being shaken again.

Sometimes it simply means recognising what is happening sooner, understanding what your body is asking for, and knowing how to gently find your way back.

4. I don’t believe healing only happens during a treatment or a class.

Massage, breathwork, movement, stillness and touch are beautiful tools.

But the deeper work often happens afterwards…

When life becomes messy.
When your nervous system feels overwhelmed.
When you choose to breathe instead of react.
When you notice your body asking you to slow down.
When you finally give yourself permission to rest.

That is where healing starts becoming part of everyday life.

5. I don’t want you to believe you need me forever.

This one matters deeply to me.

I never want someone to believe that I hold their strength, their answers or their ability to heal.

I want to help you reconnect with what was already there.

Your body.
Your breath.
Your strength.
Your voice.
Your knowing.

Because the goal was never to create people who depend on a healer.

It is to remind people that healing can also begin when they learn how to come home to themselves. 🌿

🌿 MEET THE HEART BEHIND WILLOW & SAGE 🌿
We thought it was time to properly introduce ourselves. 🤍
We are Zelda & Jazel — a mother-and-daughter team who took a little leap of faith and created a space built around the things we genuinely love: caring for people, helping women feel good, creating beautiful moments and bringing people together.
Zelda is the heart behind the wellness side of Willow & Sage — offering Stress & Trauma Massage, reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Swedish massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, movement and breathwork.
Jazel brings the beauty — makeup, hair styling, nails, lashes and all those little touches that help a woman feel beautiful and confident for an ordinary day or a very special one.
And then there is the space itself…
Somewhere along the journey, Willow & Sage became much more than treatments and beauty services.
It became a place to gather. ✨
Our garden, indoor studio and bar area are available for birthdays, kitchen teas, baby showers, bridal celebrations, intimate weddings and those special get-togethers that deserve somewhere a little different.
Venue hire is R4 000 per event, venue only, with additional extras available.
We also offer our Matric Farewell Experience — a relaxed, beautiful morning of hair, makeup, nails, photos, refreshments and memories before the big evening begins.
Willow & Sage is still growing, still evolving and still becoming everything we imagined it could be.
But one thing is already certain:
This little place was made for women, families, celebrations, healing, laughter and memories.

🌿 WILLOW & SAGE IS OFFICIALLY OPEN 🌿

What a beautiful way to begin this little dream of ours.
Surrounded by friends and family, good food, laughter, warm wishes and people who genuinely want to see us succeed, we celebrated the beginning of Willow & Sage Healing Haven.

Thank you to every person who came, helped, encouraged us and reminded us just how special this journey already is. We are so grateful for what has been created here — and even more excited about what is still to come. 🤍

Because somewhere along the way, this little place became more than just a space for massages, movement, nails and makeup.
It became a place for people to gather.

I can already imagine the birthdays in this garden, kitchen teas under the trees, baby showers, ladies’ days, intimate celebrations and even beautiful little weddings beneath the fairy lights. ✨

And in between all those celebrations, we’ll be doing what we love — creating a space where women can come for massage, movement, breathwork, nails, makeup and simply a little time for themselves.

This little gem of ours was made for happy moments.
And I have a feeling there are going to be many, many more shared here.
